At the top right corner, you have the option to toggle the voting display between small images and a full-size view.
Pressing down on a photo in the smaller state (not tapping) will display it in a larger view allowing you to Vote, Like or Report the image.
At the moment this option being reviewed and is only available for the iOS app!
