You can access the voting page from either 'My Challenges' or the top of the Challenge page:
1) In the 'My Challenges' or Challenge page press the "Vote" button.
2) Once on the voting page, move your mouse to an image you want to vote for.
3) Press on a photo to add it to your picks.
4) Once you're done selecting press the 'Submit' button.
